At Clipcrafters, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you're not happy with your purchase, we offer a refund policy under the following terms:

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

• You were incorrectly charged

• The product or service was defective or not as described

• There was an issue with the payment processed through Razorpay

2. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us at support@clipcrafters.in within 14 days of your purchase date. Once we receive your request, our team will review the issue and initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction via Razorpay

3. Razorpay Payments

If your payment was made through Razorpay, the refund will be processed through the same gateway. Please allow up to 7 business days for the funds to be credited back to your bank account or Razorpay wallet, depending on your bank’s processing time.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

• If the digital product (e.g., presets, templates, mentorship materials) has been downloaded or accessed

• If the refund request is made after the 14-day window

• If a chargeback has already been initiated for the transaction

5. Digital Products

For digital products such as downloadable editing tools or mentorship content, refunds will not be processed once the product has been accessed or downloaded—unless there is a verified technical issue that prevents usage
